2004 Harley-Davidson FXSTB/FXSTBI Softail Night Train, Blacked Out Raked Out Sharp Looking Bike - This bike has some extras and runs out great. Blacked out bike comes with rake kit, heat wrapped exhaust, and ape hangers. Bike runs out great and is in good mechanical and cosmetic condition. The blacked-out theme and stunning new Lava Red Sunglo paint of the Night Train are enough to pop any set of eyeballs from their sockets. But you really have to ride this animal to appreciate it. So plant yourself in the minimalist seat, stretch your boots to the forward foot controls, reach to the drag bar, and there’s no holding back. It feels aggressive. No wonder we had to get dark with the styling. A black powder-coated, counterbalanced EFI or carb-fueled Twin Cam 88B power mill with wrinkle- and textured-black covers. Black tank console, black rear fender supports, black air cleaner cover and black oil tank. We gave it a laced front and disc rear wheels. Harley-Davidson Goes Low for 2015
Tue, 26 Aug 2014Harley-Davidson revealed the new 2015 Electra Glide Ultra Classic Low and Ultra Limited Low, offering what it calls the the lowest seat height of any premium touring motorcycle on the market. Designed with riders 5 feet 7 inches and shorter in mind, the two Low models have a seat height of 25.6 inches from the ground, or 1.7 inches lower than the regular models. The lower seat isn’t the only change to accommodate shorter riders.
Survey Says Harley-Davidson and BMW Motorcycles Less Reliable Than Japanese – But Owners Don’t Care
Tue, 26 Mar 2013A new survey conducted by the Consumer Reports National Research Center finds BMW and Harley-Davidson owners are much more likely to report major problems with their motorcycles than owners of Honda, Kawasaki and Yamaha motorcycles. The survey, which will appear on the April 2013 issue of Consumer Reports, says one in three BMW owners reported experiencing a major problem with their bikes in the last four years. Harley-Davidson owners were slightly better, with one in four reporting serious issues.
