2003 Harley-Davidson VRSCA V-Rod , THIS IS A SHOW BIKE! I WON this gorgeous monster in 2003 when I worked at Ford Motor Company in Detroit. It was the featured bike on a joint Ford/Harley-Davidson cross-country tour, promoting the alliance between the two companies (Ford made an HD-edition F150 for a while). It's absolutely stunning, with several after-market accessories including a chrome engine guard, sport windscreen, upgraded mirrors, newer tires and battery, and numerous chrome accessories. This special Harley-Davidson 100th anniversary edition cycle also features limited-edition two-tone paint (sterling silver and vivid black) and several custom badges and insignias. The bike has never been ridden in the rain, has always been garaged (and covered, to be extra safe), and has remained on a trickle charger when not in use. Since I am the only owner, I also have all the paperwork from when I got it, including all maintenance records. I'll also throw in a very nice motorcycle cover, all remaining cleaning/maintenance supplies, and even a leather jacket if you want it. I hate to sell this bike, but I'm about to start a family and I'm getting a little nervous about riding. 46,061 Motorcycles Stolen in US in 2012
Mon, 25 Nov 2013An average of 126 motorcycles were stolen in the U.S. every day in 2012, according to a report released by the the National Insurance Crime Bureau. That’s from a total of 46,061 motorcycles reported stolen that year a 1.3% improvement from the 46,667 motorcycles reported stolen in 2011.
Pope Francis To Auction Harley-Davidson For Charity

Not one for gaudy excess (or a motorcycle ride for that matter), Pope Francis has decided to put both up for auction. Specifically, the Pope has donated the bikes to the Caritas charity near Rome.
