Carrying on a tradition started in 1957, the Sportster family continues its evolution, providing quick, responsive handling, a flat torque curve and raw, racy style. This year, all Sportster models receive the popular bullet-style turn signals first introduced in 2000 on the FXSTD. In addition, a more rigid exhaust flange connects the exhaust system to the cylinder heads, providing improved styling and a more durable exhaust system. Finally, a new fuel shut off valve provides a more tactile feel between the on and off setting, and enhanced styling. Qianjiang-Built 353cc Harley-Davidson Inches Closer to Production
Tue, 15 Mar 2022VIN decoder confirms 353cc Parallel-Twin engine A small displacement Harley-Davidson model developed with Chinese manufacturer Qianjiang may finally be nearing production. The prospective 350cc model has been in the works since 2019, and despite design filings of the bike and a look at the Harley-branded engine, we haven’t heard any official statement on when it will go into production. Harley-Davidson first showed renderings of its small-displacement model in 2019.
Music and Motorcycles Exhibit
Wed, 04 Mar 2009The four-day “Music and Motorcycles” exhibit, presented by the Long Island Music Hall of Fame (LIMHOF), will be on public display at the Lighthouse Harley-Davidson dealership in Huntington Station, NY. The exhibit will feature memorabilia and motorcycles from many inductees from the LIMHOF including, Joan Jett, Billy Joel, Dee Snider, The Ramones, Darryl McDaniel of Run DMC and more. Billy Joel will be supplying several custom bikes, Twisted Sister have agreed to loan one of their motorcycles and a gas tank signed by Jett, Snider, Peter Tork of The Monkees, Gary U.S.
EBR Announces More Than 60 Founding Dealers
