AS FOR THE BIKE ITSELF, LETS START AT THE FRONT, IT HAS A HHI CUSTOM TRIPLE TREE WITH A five DEGREE RAKE, 4quot; OVER FORK TUBES, PROGRESSIVE SUSPENTION SPRINGS, 21quot; FRONT TIRE AND DISC BRAKE. CUSTOM HEAD LIGHT AND TURN SIGNALS TOO. THE GAS TANK IS A 4.5 GALLON STRECHED AND MOLDED UNIT WITH BLACK BASE COAT CLEAR COAT PAINT WITH FADED GREY TO SILVER FLAMES. THE REST OF THE PAINT IS HARLEY ORIGINAL GLOSS BLACK/CLEAR COAT. REAR SUSPENTION IS PROGRESSIVE SUSPENTION 10 1/2 CHROME SHOCKS FOR A VERY LOW SEAT HIGHT. WITH THE SUSPENTION UPGRADES FRONT AND BACK, THIS RIDES AND HANDLES MUCH BETTER THAN A TYPICLE SPORTY. WITH THE OVER LENGTH FORKS, RAKED TREE AND LOWER REAR SHOCKS, THE FRONT END NOW HAS AN AGRESSIVE 45 DEGREE RAKE. Harley-Davidson Denies Plans for Small-Displacement Model for India
Fri, 18 May 2012India’s 13-million-unit-per-year motorcycle market is comprised of mostly small-displacement models, so it sounds odd at first when manufacturers such as Harley-Davidson and Triumph enter the market with their larger-displacment models. The question quickly arises as to whether they will stick with their existing big-bore models or introduce an all-new, small-capacity model for the Indian market. Manufacturers like the Big Four from Japan already produce smaller models for other markets so it’s a relatively easy task for them to introduce new models such as Honda‘s recently launched 109cc Dream Yuga.
Harley-Davidson Unveils New Road King Special
Wed, 01 Feb 2017The new modification for 2017 received a Milwaukee-Eight engine, a new fork and rear shock. With a dry weight of 355kg, the bike is powered by a 1750cc Milwaukee-Eight 107 V-twin engine delivering 150Nm at 3250rpm. The same unit is put not only on the Road King line, but also on other bikes from Milwaukee.
