Raked Perse front end, custom tins, S&S dual air cleaner, custom black shotgun dual exhaust, Carriage Works 18\\\" rear and 21\\\" front wheels, Primo four open belt drive with a clear cover, red LED lamps, flame throwers in the exhaust, suicide shifter with a Von Dutch skull shift knob, JB brakes, all braided lines, Air Ride suspension, and a Mikuni carburetor! This bike is low and long and is sure to draw stares. The only sign that this was once a Harley are the emblems on the heads and the VIN stamped into the frame. Harley-Davidson Breakout Recall Caused by Fuel Tank Angle

An official recall announcement by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration sheds some light on the cause of a recall campaign on 2013-2014 Harley-Davidson Breakout and CVO Breakout models. We wrote about the recall last week, after campaigns were initiated in Canada and Australia to address a problem with the fuel sensors not properly reading the correct volume of fuel. We now know the problem is caused by the angle of the fuel tank.

Harley-Davidson reported a 10.9% growth in motorcycle sales in the fourth quarter and a total annual growth of 5.9% for 2011. The growth resulted in a net profit of $599.1 million for Harley-Davidson. The Motor Company sold 235,188 motorcycles in 2011, up from 222,110 units sold in 2010.
