Harley-Davidson Other description

02 fuel injected softail standard, Fresh 88in engine with mild Screaming Eagle cams, Screaming Eagle air cleaner assembly, Python exhaust, dyno tuned at Wildcat Harley Davidson, lowering kit, new black fork lowers and triple trees, black fender struts, HD Screaming Eagle alloy rims, factory anti-theft system, Harley Davidson Dunlop tires, front tire new, rear tire 50-60% worn, new brake pads, always synthetic fluids, custom front fender and headlamp fairing, two tone silver w/flake, and grey paint with red single pin stripe. Everything on this bike was stripped down, cleaned, painted, and rebuilt 7500 mis ago. Engine had new rings, bearings, and any wearable parts replaced. There were no problems prior. I bought this bike from 1 of the mechanics at Wildcat Harley Davidson and he did all of the work. As of this posting the odometer shows 32,900mis approximately 7500 mis on drivetrain. I have only ridden the bike around 10mis this summer so I dont expect the mileage to change much. This bike looks cool, rides awesome, and has never had any reliability issues. It starts right up and can ride it anywhere any time. I bought this bike for just under $13,000 3yrs ago and put maybe 4500 mis on it since. This bike has a racey look but has just been cruised around, never abused or even done a burnout since I have owned it. My loss is your gain. Cash is King! just lowered price a thousand dollars, $8,000 obo, no trades. There is no recession at my house so keep the low ball offers to yourself! I am a motivated seller but not desperate to sell. ALL fair offers will be considered. Buyer must come to me to pick up or arrange shipping.

Harley-Davisdon Claims US Market Share Lead for Women, Minorities and Young Adults

Mon, 22 Apr 2013

For some time now, Harley-Davidson has been trying to fight the stereotyped image of its customer base as being predominantly older, Caucasian males. Harley-Davidson‘s Stereotypical Harley campaign became a big part of the company’s advertising efforts in 2012, featuring real Harley-Davidson owners and showcasing the large diversity of its riders. Fighting against preconceptions can be difficult but Harley-Davidson has some numbers to prove its motorcycles are popular with other demographics including young adults, women and minorities.

Fundraising Harley Prints By 8-year-old MDA Ambassador On Sale

Tue, 10 Sep 2013

MDA Ambassador Reagan Imhoff wanted the artwork she created with Harley-Davidson designer Mathew Hintz to “raise a lot of money for MDA so we can have more scientists to make medicines.” The original drawing of a purple Harley-Davidson Softail Breakout motorcycle brought in $3500 on August 31 at the MDA auction during the 110th Anniversary Celebration. The pair hopes to raise even more with sales of the limited edition, signed prints, available through www.HintzStudios.com. “I’m happy our artwork raised some money, and hope we sell all of the prints!” said Reagan, who has Spinal Muscular Atrophy, a painful neuromuscular disease.
