The motor gets a special treatment, in blacked-out steel. Textured black meets wrinkle black. There’s not an ounce of flash, which makes it all the more eye-grabbing. The black flat-track handlebar and low-slung seat set up an aggressive riding posture. Brute street performance is the message, and it’s not subtle. Get on the gas and you discover just how not subtle. We also add dual gauges, a taller suspension and tighter 28º front end, plus triple disc brakes. Begun in 2008 by the Harley Owners Group as Million Mile Monday and renamed and enlarged in 2012 toHarley-Davidson World Ride, this event simply asks all “friends of Milwaukee” to get on their hogs and ride on June 22–23.

Mon, 14 Oct 2013Apparently, elks aren’t too keen on motorcyclists, as the video below demonstrates. This couple, aboard what sounds like a Harley-Davidson (that potato-potato exhaust note is unmistakeable), were riding along in Missoula, Montana when this elk decided he wanted to take the road for himself. As traffic slowed and eventually passed, the elk took a growing interest in the couple on the motorcycle, approaching them.
