AN OUTRAGEOUS TRIKE 1996 Sportster engine mounted transversely behind driver. Chain drive to a Subaru differential, Subaru driveshafts and Subaru hub/brake assemblies. Custom main frame and swing arms. Front forks, handlebars etc from original bike. Brass Dragon motifs. Rear tail light rings from a 58 Chevy and lenses from a 61 Pontiac. Shift mechanism via a pair of pull cables similar to the throttle cables. Brakes work. 5 gallon gas tank under the seat. Pair of Sportster shocks on each side. Pictures and video tell the story. I have a short video, but not sure how to get it on this ad and stay within ebay policy. Runs and drives down the road. The venting on the oil tank needs attention and there is an engine oil drip. Ground pounder exhaust needs to be wrapped. Tach bezel broken. Otherwise she is ready to blow some minds at any kind of motorcycle or automotive event. Got to finish working on my house. Thanks to new vehicle certification data from Australia, we can confirm that the Heritage Classic 114 and the Fat Boy 114 will be receiving 120th Anniversary Editions. The Australian certification for Harley-Davidson’s Softail models was updated today, adding mentions of two new model codes: “FLFBSANV,” and “FLHCSANV,” both with vehicle identification number codes that indicate 2023 models.
