MSF Begins Year-long Real World Motorcycle Safety Study

The Motorcycle Safety Foundation has started what it calls the first-ever naturalistic study of motorcycling, with 100 motorcycles equipped with data logging equipment to record real-world riding situations over the course of a year. Harley-Davidson Expands H-D1 Bike Builder Tool for All Non-CVO Models

Harley-Davidson has expanded its online H-D1 Bike Builder customization tool to include more models from its current lineup. The H-D1 Bike Builder allows users to customize motorcycles with parts from Harley-Davidson‘s catalog. The tool was previously only available for Sportster 1200 models but Harley-Davidson has add all of its models except for the high-end Custom Vehicle Operations line.

Bob Probert’s Last Ride [video]

The former NHL Detroit Red Wing and Chicago Blackhawks tough guy, Bob Probert, passed away on Monday, July 5, 2010 after suffering chest pains while boating with his family.  Probert was arguably the all time greatest NHL fighter but also had great skills, leadership qualities and a big heart. He was taken to his final destination on a Harley-Davidson sidecar before about 1,000 mourners.  Probert was 45 years old on his passing, he leaves behind his wife Dani, son Jack and two daughters, Brogan and Tierney.
