selling at NO RESERVE!!!!! what I have is a very nice very clean 1976 flh Harley-davidson shovel head. runs and drives amazing, numbers matching, odometer reads 15,734 but have no idea if that is accurate, I bought this bike 4 years ago and did all the work to it. of course it has oil leaks like all these old shovels but it runs and drive like it should. I love this bike and the only reason i am selling is because I have another shovel and a new road glide. new tires, brakes, cables, battery, seat, lots of new chrome, new fishtail pipes, handlebars 16" apes brand new, new rear fender sand blasted and painted. new chain, new grips and controls, more than $12,000 invested in this bike and can be yours if you are the highest bidder!!! $500 deposit due immediately the rest paid in full upon pick up, the bike must be picked up within 3 days unless another option is worked out between me and you. 2015 Harley-Davidson CVO and Twin-Cooled Models Certified by CARB
Tue, 19 Aug 2014The California Air Resource Board has released new certification documents revealing most of Harley-Davidson‘s 2015 line-up. The CARB executive orders, required before a motorcycle is allowed to be sold in California, reveal new CVO versions of the Road Glide Ultra and Street Glide, two low versions of the Electra Glide and more models receiving Harley-Davidson’s Twin-Cooled engine. Introduced last year on the Ultra Limited, CVO Limited and Tri-Glide Ultra trike, the Twin-Cooled engine uses liquid-cooling for the cylinder heads, reducing emissions.
Tsunami-Tossed Harley-Davidson from Japan Washes Up in Canada
Mon, 30 Apr 2012A shipping container holding a Harley-Davidson motorcycle with Japanese plates was discovered on a beach in British Columbia, Canada. The container, which appears to be the cargo area of a box truck, is believed to be one of the first notable pieces of debris set adrift by the 2011 Japanese tsunami to land in North America. Beachcomber Peter Mark discovered the containerwhile riding his ATV along an isolated beach on Graham Island, an island south of the Alaskan Panhandle.
