1975 Harley Davidson Electra Glide FLH with sidecar. I am 2nd owner and have owned since 1996. Unit is original with original Paint and mufflers. Only 8358 Original miles! Motorcycle has been maintained by my friends at Riverside Cylce in Philadelphia for last sixteen years. Runs fine. Starts good, no smoke, ready to drive. Never been wrecked, but does have scratches and dings here and there from being stored in garages for last 37 yrs. Original windshield included. This is an original, unrestored, unmolested bike. Tsunami-Tossed Harley-Davidson from Japan Washes Up in Canada
Mon, 30 Apr 2012A shipping container holding a Harley-Davidson motorcycle with Japanese plates was discovered on a beach in British Columbia, Canada. The container, which appears to be the cargo area of a box truck, is believed to be one of the first notable pieces of debris set adrift by the 2011 Japanese tsunami to land in North America. Beachcomber Peter Mark discovered the containerwhile riding his ATV along an isolated beach on Graham Island, an island south of the Alaskan Panhandle.
2011 Indy Mile Cancelled
Fri, 19 Aug 2011Indy Mile officials have decided to cancel this year’s AMA Flat Track round due to the continuing investigation into the fatal stage rigging accident at the Indiana State Fair. The Aug. 13 tragedy killed five people and injured dozens after winds reaching as high as 70 mph caused the stage to collapse.
