2002 Harley-Davidson V-Rod , I am the second owner and purchased this bike in 2008 with 140 miles on it. Always maintained regularly. About 2000 miles since Harley performed the valve lash service as well as fresh brakes, rear tire, oil and filter. The engine runs like a top. It's stock, strong, smooth. . ..it's amazing. Transmission shifts like the day I bought it. Ran on Amsoil full synthetic. Clean title in hand. Never raced, dropped, or tipped. Lots of extras are included if you want to hot rod around town or spend a couple weeks straight in the saddle. Thu, 07 Apr 2022The Nightster 975 has a certain ring to it We are less than a week away from the official reveal of Harley-Davidson‘s next Sportster, but we’ve managed to confirm the new model will use a 975 version of the Revolution Max engine. Harley-Davidson has been slowly revealing details of the new model, first with a teaser video and a number of social media posts. We’ve previously speculated that the new model will use a smaller displacement version of the Sportster S‘ Revolution Max 1250T engine, with clues such as the telescopic fork, twin rear shocks and single front disc hinting at a less performance-oriented focus.

46,061 Motorcycles Stolen in US in 2012
Mon, 25 Nov 2013An average of 126 motorcycles were stolen in the U.S. every day in 2012, according to a report released by the the National Insurance Crime Bureau. That’s from a total of 46,061 motorcycles reported stolen that year a 1.3% improvement from the 46,667 motorcycles reported stolen in 2011.
