Harley-Davidson Other description

I purschased this bike this past December 2012 from a friend who had it in his collection of bikes, with the intention of using it and adding to my collection of cars/bikes. However, my disabilities force me to stick with the cars exclusively.

This bike rides wonderfully, no shakes, rattles, bangs, bumps.  Rear shocks where upgraded to progressive suspension.  He had a 1978 seat on the bike (included, see pics), however, I replaced with  the original pogo seat back on the bike when I purchased it. The brakes where upgraded to disk from a 1973 FLH with brand new Harley Davidson parts.  The carburetor was upgraded to an SS approximately 5 years ago. Bike starts quickly and runs great.  Windshield is off for the summer, but is included with the bike. Also, I purchased a Tour Pack (see pics) which is included with the bike. I have a printed out owners manual.  The prior owner went right through this bike to include the engine and it shows.

This is an excellent vintage machine in 100% ready to ride condition with some great upgrades.

My friend Tony is available to answer any questions.

Tue, 14 Mar 2023

CVOs receive 121ci engine, new fairings and inverted forks Harley-Davidson released the bulk of its 2023 lineup about two months ago, but we’re still waiting to here about more models, such as the Custom Vehicle Operations models that will be joining the CVO Road Glide Limited Anniversary. We may not have much longer to wait, as videos of a new CVO Road Glide and CVO Street Glide have popped up on line, revealing some big changes to the CVO models, and perhaps a sign of what to expect for the 2024 lineup.
