1968 Atomic Custom chopper! This bike was built for the Motorcycles as Art display at the Buffalo Chip in Sturgis, SD. It will also be featured in an upcoming issue of Easyriders magazine. This bike has only been ridden 2 times for shakedown/test and tune. It is currently on display at the Holter Museum of art in Helena, Montana.
Specs: *OEM motor with 84" internals, the best of everything. Built by Randall Nelson. Morris magneto, S&S E carb, Cycle Electric generator. Engraved rocker boxes, aircleaner cover, and cam cover. * Rivera/Primo belt drive with pro clutch tucked inside a Phares Cycle Parts cast aluminum primary (also engraved). *OEM ratchet top 4 speed trans also completely rebuilt by Randall Nelson. Engraved kicker cover * Phares Cycle Parts 2 over narrow I beam springer mated to a stock spec straight leg frame. * High shoulder aluminum wheels. 21" spool up front and 16" star hub out back. * Custom king and queen seat. Harley-Davidson Dealers Top 2012 Pied Piper Prospect Satisfaction Index
Mon, 07 May 2012Harley-Davidson dealerships topped the rankings for the 2012 edition of the Pied Piper Prospect Satisfaction Index, an industry benchmarking study examining how well dealerships treat customers, and turning shoppers into buyers. The Pied Piper PSI rated different manufacturers’ dealerships in a number of categories to produce an overall score. The study was conducted between July 2011 and April 2012 with 1,653 anonymous “mystery shoppers” gathering information at different dealerships across the U.S.
