Presented for auction is a very nice (not pristine) 1968 Electraglide with low miles. Bike starts/runs/rides well with no issues. New battery/plugs/oil change. Motorcycle has had a professional re-paint in original colors (sparkling burgandy/black wrinkle panel/white pinstripes), new Harley wide whites, and a cosmetic resto that includes nos wiring harness. Has the original HD keys and original Tillotson carb. This bike will make the new owner a great rider and attention getter whereever ridden. Shiny chrome (no flaking). All electrical works as it should. This bike belongs to a good friend from Dayton that is not computer literate. All questions will be forwarded to him as well as phone numbers. Ohio Man to be Buried on 1967 Harley-Davidson Electra Glide
Fri, 31 Jan 2014Billie Leo Standley died last weekend from lung cancer, but before he died, the 82-year-old wished for the world to know he was going to ride off to heaven. To accomplish this wish, Standley and his family made arrangements for him to buried in a Plexiglas casket riding his 1967 Harley-Davidson Electra Glide. As we predicted, a similar document certifying Harley-Davidson’s 2023 touring models has now been released in Australia, confirming the models returning, as well as the Anniversary Edition Touring models, plus one possible addition to Harley’s Icon collection. 120th Anniversary Harley-Davidson Softail Models Leaked Returning for 2023, at least for the Australian market, are the Road Glide Special, Road Glide ST, Street Glide Special, Street Glide ST, Road King Special, and Ultra Limited.
