Original Paint 1968 Harley Davidson, starts instantly & runs great. This is not the leaky nightmare that you hear the brand X guys referring to. It is an original old classic harley anyone would be proud to own & ride regularly. I am the 3rd owner of this bike. It has had a mustang seat installed for easier passenger hauling, & a clear later Harley windshield, no other aftermarket parts. The original seat is included in the sale, as well as, the original windshield, luggage rack & seat post & seat tee mounting. The mufflers on this machine are the original ones & they sound great. It has new tires, brakes & battery. I have 15 motorcycles & am now in my 60's. it is time to send some to others that can enjoy them as much as I have. A $1,000.00 down payment should be made with paypal within 24 hrs after the end of the auction, it is non-refundable. Remainder of payment can be made with certified check in US Dollars from a US bank or by wire transfer, or cash in person. No other forms of payment. Fri, 24 Oct 2008I had a unique opportunity this week to sit down with Oliver Shokouh, the founder of the Love Ride, only days before the 25th anniversary of the purportedly largest one-day rally in the world, kicks-off this coming Sunday, October 26. First and foremost I’m very grateful for Oliver to set aside over half an hour of his precious time so close to the event. Not only does he head-up this massive event, he’s also busy running the very busy and successful Harley-Davidson/Buell of Glendale (California).
