This is a 1963 Harley trike that is complete and in good condition. It hasn't been started in a number of years and will need tanks cleaned before it will run. I just had the carb. cleaned. Bike was running good,but smoking when it was parked by the previous owner. Has original metal box. Bike has a dual disc superglide frontend on it, but I have the original adjustable trees. It is setup on a 12 volt system. Needs battery. I made a deal on it and then found out my spouse is losing her job. I have had health issues this year and need to sell it as is. 3spd w/reverse transmission. paint is 25 years old and could use an update. That is a Pegasus and not a Unicorn on the box. Miller has appeared in a number of promotional spots for The Motor Company in recent years, most notably for the Harley-Davidson V-Rod Muscle and to support Harley-Davidson’s U.S. Military Appreciation programs (one of Miller’s “American Bombshell” post cards is currently my computer’s desktop wallpaper).
Zero Motorcycles Named to Made in USA Foundation Hall of Fame
Tue, 03 Jul 2012The Made in the USA Foundation has named Zero Motorcycles to its 2012 Hall of Fame class, recognizing the electric motorcycle manufacturer’s commitment to American manufacturing. Zero Motorcycles, founded in 2006 in Santa Cruz, Calif., by former NASA engineer Neal Saiki, becomes the second motorcycle manufacturer named to the Foundation’s Hall of Fame. Harley-Davidson was inducted in 2011.
