This is a 1963 Harley trike that is complete and in good condition. It hasn't been started in a number of years and will need tanks cleaned before it will run. I just had the carb. cleaned. Bike was running good,but smoking when it was parked by the previous owner. Has original metal box. Bike has a dual disc superglide frontend on it, but I have the original adjustable trees. It is setup on a 12 volt system. Needs battery. I made a deal on it and then found out my spouse is losing her job. I have had health issues this year and need to sell it as is. 3spd w/reverse transmission. paint is 25 years old and could use an update. That is a Pegasus and not a Unicorn on the box. Harley-Davidson Breakout Recall Caused by Fuel Tank Angle
Fri, 25 Apr 2014An official recall announcement by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration sheds some light on the cause of a recall campaign on 2013-2014 Harley-Davidson Breakout and CVO Breakout models. We wrote about the recall last week, after campaigns were initiated in Canada and Australia to address a problem with the fuel sensors not properly reading the correct volume of fuel. We now know the problem is caused by the angle of the fuel tank.

Dave Grohl Drums to the Sound of a Harley-Davidson Motorcycle
Fri, 31 Jul 2009I’ve got a lot of respect for Dave Grohl. He’s amazingly talented and very driven. Even after Nirvana, the guy is still kicking and in the spotlight with the Foo Fighters and the millions of other side projects he’s done (ie: Queens of the Stone Age). Apparently he’s also a big motorcycle guy. Harley-Davidson did a little video on Dave, featuring him drumming on a snare drum to the exhaust pipes of a Harley-Davidson. The seven minute video goes on about how Mr Grohl bought his first motorcycle when the Nirvana album “Nevermind” started to become big.
