Harley-Davidson Other description

This is a 1950 survivor condition Panhead. Original metalflake molded frame from the 70s, lots of patina on the chrome parts especially the primary, early Harley number 1 sissy bar, AEE seat, aftermarket AEE style triple trees , .4mm front end, spool wheel, original speed grip rear tire(in terrific shape), original speed master front tire(in fair shape), early number 1 footpegs, vintage rabbit ear bars, NOS Columbia grips, SU eliminator carburetor, upsweep fishtail exhaust, vintage arias headlamp, vintage glass double taillights. This is in survivor condition so the motor hasn't been rebuilt but sounds great, has good compression and power and isn't smoking.

Stephen King to Guest Star on ‘Sons of Anarchy’

Tue, 21 Sep 2010

Stephen King will be making a guest appearance on the hit TV show, Sons of Anarchy, later tonight.  King will play a character named “Bachman”, which I’m sure was no coincidence since he had published under the pen name “Richard Bachman” for several years. Stephen King is a motorcycle enthusiast and was excited to get a tricked-out, bright red Harley-Davidson Road-Glide to ride for the filming of the episode.  See his comments about the production here. Marisa Miller Takes Harley-Davidson Rider’s Edge Training [Video]

Tue, 26 Jul 2011

If there’s one thing I like more than motorcycles, it’s hot supermodels, such as Victoria’s Secret Angel, Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue covergirl and Harley-Davidson spokesmodel Marisa Miller. Miller has appeared in a number of promotional spots for The Motor Company in recent years, most notably for the Harley-Davidson V-Rod Muscle and to support Harley-Davidson’s U.S. Military Appreciation programs (one of Miller’s “American Bombshell” post cards is currently my computer’s desktop wallpaper).

Wesll Quad Prototype

Mon, 09 Feb 2009

A number of manufacturers have tinkered with various three-wheeled motorcycle applications over the years. Companies like Piaggio, Can-Am, Brudeli and even Harley-Davidson have produced unique trikes with ranging levels of success. The Wesll Corporation is attempting to do one better, literally, as it develops a four-wheeled mechanism that could be applied to many different kinds of bikes.
