You are looking at a fantastic running and driving Harley Davidson 45 Flathead. This motor and trans have been completely rebuild with about 250mile since. This is a clear PA title in my name. I have been riding it more and more so the mileage is going up. It has the 18 inch wheels and tires, 2 inch over front end with the rare longer kickstand to accommodate the height difference. The speedo drive inserted in the brake drum is stripped and the speedo is not working. Everything else works great. Make this bike your own. The leather tool pouch is not included in the sale! 2014 Harley-Davidson Touring Models Recalled for Pinched Brake Lines
Wed, 09 Jul 2014Harley-Davidson is recalling 66,421 motorcycles because of a problem with the front brake lines getting pinched. The recall affects all ABS-equipped 2014 touring and CVO touring models including the Electra Glide Ultra Limited, Electra Glide Ultra Classic, Street Glide, Road King, CVO Limited and CVO Road King. Police and Shrine edition models are also affected, as are the Twin-Cooled version of the Electra Glide Ultra Classic and the Road King Classic which are produced for other markets.
Harley-Davidson Hiring 400 Temporary Workers
Wed, 13 Nov 2013Harley-Davidson is looking for 400 casual workers for its factory in York, Pa., to help with a planned seasonal surge in production. The jobs begin in January 2014 and will run through until the end of May. “When we ramp up production to meet customer demands, it allows us the manufacturing flexibility to build the right bike, the right time for the right person,” Harley-Davidson Spokesperson Bernadette Lauer tells the York Daily Record.
