Classic 1946 harley-davidson WL done up WR style that runs and rides great with a G motor This old classic has the look and patina/right amount of aged greasy dirty look that really gives the bike the vintage Flathead look without the very high prices the knucks and pans are bringing. We were told the motor was overhauled years back and we feel not a lot of miles ago. Just got the bike checked over and serviced and the service guy even said he hasn't rode one that ran and shifted this good in a long time Ready for your personal touches!! You will not find many like this around, selling only because I have other interests. Miles are not required on this year. trophy and helmet are used for display and will go with the bike. Tires have some weather cracks. It is a very fun bike to ride, please bid with confidence what you see is what you get. Thu, 25 Jul 2013Harley-Davidson reported a net profit of $271.7 million for the second quarter ended June 30, 2013, up from the profit of $247.3 million reported in the same period in 2012. For the first half of 2013, Harley-Davidson has recorded $495.9 million in profit, compared to $419.3 million reported in the opening six months last year. “Harley-Davidson again drove strong financial performance in the second quarter, reflecting the many improvements in operations we have made throughout the Company over the past few years as well as our brand strength globally,” says Keith Wandell, chairman, president and chief executive officer of Harley-Davidson, Inc.

Harley-Davidson to compete in Hill Climb
Wed, 24 Jan 2018For the first time in the history of the World Extreme Games, in addition to skiers, snowboarders and other extreme winter sports, Harley-Davidson motorcycle riders will also start competing. The new Harley-Davidson Snow Hill Climb medal discipline will be introduced during the final days of the games, which will take place from January 25 to 28, 2018. Athletes will climb on motorcycles on the slope of the SuperPipe track.
