Our salespeople enjoy finding customers the right bike. We offer the World’s Largest Selection of new and used Harley-Davidsons, plus we keep over a hundred foreign trade-ins in stock as well. This means we can very often find customers exactly the bike they are looking for in the right price range. We have sold over 37,000 motorcycles in the last twenty years and enjoyed every minute of it. In the twenty years before that, the exact number is a little hazy. Those were the years with cookouts on weekends, kegs of beer left next to the grill with stacks of cups. We’re pretty sure we enjoyed those years as well but no one here remembers how many bikes we sold. We will pay up to $200 of your air fare for you to fly into our store to do your paperwork and ride your bike back. We can also arrange shipping. In a time before the economic meltdown, motorcycle sales, especially for Harley-Davidson, were booming. After the collapse, sales have only started to pick up again within the past two years (at nowhere near pre-2008 levels, however).
Harley-Davidson Offers “Steel Toe Tour” of York Factory
Thu, 23 Feb 2012Harley-Davidson is adding a new factory tour program offering visitors a personal look at the company’s York production facility. For years, the M has been offering free factory tours of its operations in York, Pa., Kansas City, Mo., Tomahawk, Wis., and Menomonee Falls, Wis., facilities. In 2009, Harley-Davidson introduced a premium tour that takes guests into “employee-only” areas called the “Steel Toe Tour” at its Menomonee Falls location.
Harley-Davidson Discontinuing Road Glide and Other Models for 2014
Mon, 15 Apr 2013A leaked memo sent out to Harley-Davidson dealers reveals plans to drop several models from the company’s 2014 lineup. Slated to disappear are the XR1200X Sportster, the FXS Softail Blackline, and the FLHTC Electra Glide Classic. Also being discontinued, at least for 2014, is the FLTRX Road Glide Custom and FLTRU Road Glide Ultra, as the tourer models undergo a design refresh.
