Harley-Davidson FLHTCSE2 description

This is a 2005 Electra Glide Screamin Eagle. This is a custom vehicle operation straight from Harley Davidson. My wife and I ordered this bike in January 2005 and picked it up on May 12, 2005. We were so excited to get one because Harley only made a few of this particular style and custom paint. Harley Davidson did a great job on this bike. When we used to ride it people thought that I had it customized. They did not know that Harley built this Screamin Eagle this way. The bike is like new. It has no blemishes on it at all. I have taken very good care of it and it has 3200 miles on it. We did not ride it much and it just sits in the garage. Health issues got in the way. I am better now and older but not stable enough to ride it. It has to go to a new owner. Harley put every option on this bike in 2005. When you look at the pictures you can see for yourself. Ask me any question and I will answer it for you. It is yellow and silver with red pinstriped flames. The yellow has several colors of pearl in the paint. The silver accents over the yellow which makes it very nice. It has all the chrome on it from Harley. It has a c/d player, it has cruise control, it has the tour pack and saddle bags, it has driving lights, roll bars and lower legs, running boards. It has a garage door opener, it has a key-less security system, it has a golden key, as you can see in all of the pictures. Please spend time and look at the pictures carefully. Look at the one picture that shows the underneath, look how clean it is. The seat is a custom seat as well from Harley. Look at the picture of how the material is custom made. It has a very powerful Screamin Eagle 103 engine. I have the right to end this auction and there is no return on any down payment of money. I can help with shipping at buyers expense. PS- If you want a "like new" '05 Harley you have found it. If the bike does not meet reserve, you can make me an offer. The bike has to go. Thank you.

Backflips on a Harley? [video]

Mon, 07 Dec 2009

In late November two motorcycle daredevils from opposite sides of the world were fighting to see who would be the first to backflip a Harley Davidson XR1200 motorcycle. Australia’s Kain Saul reached the Promised Land first when he made a successful jump in Sydney on November 27. Harley-Davidson believes Saul’s jump is the first ever successful backflip for any full size street motorcycle.

Gymnast on a Harley….Wow.

Mon, 23 Mar 2009

What happens when you take away a smokin’ hot gymnast’s balance beam and replace it with a Harley-Davidson Fat Bob? It’s only 30 seconds but who’s to stop you from playing it over and over again? Now what would be even more amazing is if there was a dude riding that bike on the highway while she did that.  What would be a million times more amazing would be if that dude was me.

Happy Birthday Elvis!

Fri, 08 Jan 2010

Born on January 8th, 1935 in Tupelo, Mississippi, Elvis Aaron Presley would have been 75 years ago today if he was still alive today.  As a tribute to “The King” of Rock and Roll, the Harley-Davidson Museum has created a special exhibit, expanding on the semi-permanent collection from Elvis that has been on display since the museum was opened in 2008. The bill of sale, insurance, and registration papers for the 1956 Harley-Davidson KH pictured above will be on display along with the motorcycle that was owned by Elvis and the Graceland Museum has loaned some rare photos for the occasion. Along with Cadillac’s, Elvis had a passion for motorcycles but especially loved his Hogs and rode Harley’s in many of his films, including Roustabout (1964), Viva Las Vegas (1964), Clambake (1967) and Stay Away Joe (1968).
