I have for sale a rare 1944 Harley Davidson Knucklehead. It is an FL, high compression model which makes it very rare and desirable. Only 174 knuckleheads were made by Harley during the war. Next to the 1943 knucklehead, this is the lowest production model Harley out there. The bike has been restored ( in 1990's) by a very good Knucklehead expert and has been stored inside a heated space since.

1944 Very rare FL High Compression bike. Was restored by Mark Wall out of Tampa “ American Motorcycle Restorations” done in late 90’s.

Bike Owned by an Attorney out of Tampa, after resto, sat in his living room for many years and bought by Mark Wall who restored the bike for the attorney and ONLY one other owner since the mid 90's other than myself. So really only a 3-4 owner bike to my knowledge.

Please see the pictures, I am not an expert on parts. I am sure there are some repop parts but as you can see this was a very high quality restoration. It was started and running last week, put 10-15 miles on it last fall. Ready to ride or add to your collection. This is a serious investment grade Knucklehead. Harley-Davidson reported a net profit of $271.7 million for the second quarter ended June 30, 2013, up from the profit of $247.3 million reported in the same period in 2012. For the first half of 2013, Harley-Davidson has recorded $495.9 million in profit, compared to $419.3 million reported in the opening six months last year. “Harley-Davidson again drove strong financial performance in the second quarter, reflecting the many improvements in operations we have made throughout the Company over the past few years as well as our brand strength globally,” says Keith Wandell, chairman, president and chief executive officer of Harley-Davidson, Inc.

If there’s one thing I like more than motorcycles, it’s hot supermodels, such as Victoria’s Secret Angel, Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue covergirl and Harley-Davidson spokesmodel Marisa Miller. Miller has appeared in a number of promotional spots for The Motor Company in recent years, most notably for the Harley-Davidson V-Rod Muscle and to support Harley-Davidson’s U.S. Military Appreciation programs (one of Miller’s “American Bombshell” post cards is currently my computer’s desktop wallpaper).
