TRUE BARN FIND TIME CAPSULE Harley 1948 F Panhead Motor 48F MATCHING CASES...... Was told only 334 of the F motors made in 1948. Rare Find Transmission Date code G 6 (July 1946) Frame is 48 original, has all markings- can send pictures if needed Top end was switched over to Shovelhead as many people did in the 70's. Bike has been untouched for over 25 years. I purchased bike from local auction. I dont know much about bike but I will do my best to get you whatever info i can. Being Sold AS-IS. Harley-Davidson Reports Q1 2013 Results
Thu, 25 Apr 2013Harley-Davidson reported 15.9% increase in motorcycle revenue despite selling 9.1% fewer motorcycles over the first quarter of 2013. According to the company’s first quarter 2013 report, Harley-Davidson recorded revenues of $1.15 billion from motorcycle sales, compared to $995.9 million in the same quarter of 2012. At the same time, Harley-Davidson sold 54,254 motorcycles worldwide over the first quarter, down from 59,677 motorcycles in the same period last year.

Harley-Davidson Financial Services to Refund $228,000 in Settlement
Thu, 12 Jun 2014Harley-Davidson Financial Services agreed to reimburse more than 600 customers in Massachusetts a total of $228,000 to resolve a dispute over refunding enrollment fees on loans. Customers receiving financing occasionally pay optional enrollment fees for additional special loan terms. If a customer pays off its financing loan ahead of schedule, they may be entitled to a pro-rated refund on those enrollment fees.
