HERE IS A REAL NICE 1937 HARLEY DAVIDSON KNUCKLEHEAD. I BASICALLY HAVE THE WHOLE BIKE. IT'S JUST MISSING A FEW SMALL PARTS.  I HAVE ALOT OF SETS OF CYLINDERS AND ROCKER BOXES, BUT I HAVE TO CHECK TO SEE IF I HAVE A 1937 SET. THERE ARE 4 SETS OF ROCKER BOX COVERS IN THE PICTURE, THIS PROJECT WILL COME WITH ONE SET. THE EARLIEST I HAVE IN THE PICTURE IS A 1945 SET, I THINK I HAVE A 39 SET SOMEWHERE. I WANTED TO GET THE MOTORCYCLE LISTED, I WILL KEEP ADDING MORE PICTURES AND A MORE DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE MOTORCYCLE AS I'M SELLING IT. AGAIN, I BASICALLY HAVE THE WHOLE MOTORCYCLE, WHAT I HAVE FOR SALE HERE IS AN ORIGINAL (OEM) HARLEY DAVIDSON RESTORED BOTTOM END WITH MATCHING NUMBER ENGINE CASES AND 1937 CYLINDER HEADS. (OEM) LATE 1937 / EARLY 1938 FRAME, I LEFT THE WELDED BRAKE STAY ON IT, BUT YOU CAN CUT IT OFF REAL QUICK TO MAKE IT A PURE 1937 FRAME, THAT IS THE ONLY DIFFERENCE WITH 1937 AND 1938 FRAMES. IT HAS A RESTORED (OEM) 1937 TRANSMISSION, IT'S NOT REBUILT, IT'S A RESTORED TRANSMISSION. (OEM) 1938 CLUTCH RELEASE LEVER. (OEM) 1939 SPRINGER FRONT END. (OEM) 1947 KNUCKLEHEAD GAS TANKS WITH ORIGINAL SHIFT GATE, SHIFTER, AND TANK BADGES. ALL THE OTHER PARTS ARE EITHER GONNA BE BRAND NEW OR VERY LIGHTLY USED QUALITY V-TWIN REPLICA KNUCKLEHEAD PARTS, THEY WILL NOT BE NOT NAME GARBAGE PARTS, AND THEY WILL NOT JUST BE BASIC HARLEY PARTS, THEY WILL ALL BE REPLICA, OR REPLACEMENT PARTS CORRECT FOR KNUCKLEHEAD. I BROKE A BIKE DOWN THAT ONLY HAS 7385 MILES ON IT, THE BIKE AND ALL THE PARTS WERE IN BEAUTIFUL CONDITION. ALL THE PARTS ARE PRETTY MUCH LIGHTLY USED MINT CONDITION PARTS. THE LAST OWNER WAS GOING TO PUT THIS BIKE TOGETHER TO RUN AROUND WITH IT BASICALLY AS A FACTORY LOOKING BIKE, BUT HE WAS JUST GONNA USE DRAG PIPES AND APEHANGER HANDLEBARS, THE REST OF THE BIKE WAS GONNA BE ALL CORRECT KNUCKLEHEAD PARTS, THEN AS THE BIKE WAS BEING USED, HE WAS GONNA START COLLECTING ALL ORIGINAL 1937 PARTS AND THEN BRING THE BIKE BACK TO A TRUE 1937 KNUCKLEHEAD ONE DAY. ANYWAY, HE ENDED UP FINDING A GOOD DEAL ON A 96% ORIGINAL KNUCKLEHEAD, SO HE BOUGHT THAT AND HE NO LONGER WANTED THIS, SO WE BOUGHT IT. THE REAR WHEEL AND REAR FENDER ON THIS BIKE IS JUST AN EXAMPLE OF THE NICE CONDITION USED PARTS THAT I HAVE. THE FRONT WHEEL IS BRAND NEW V-TWIN, THE OIL TANK IS BRAND NEW, AND BOTH TIRES ARE BRAND NEW DUNLOP / HARLEY DAVIDSON TIRES. IF YOUR LOOKING TO SHIP THE MOTORCYCLE, I COULD INSTALL MORE PARTS ON IT FOR SHIPPING, BUT WE COULD WORK THAT OUT LATER. OK, THAT'S IT FOR NOW, AGAIN, I WILL KEEP UPDATING THE AD WHEN I GET MORE PARTS TOGETHER. Harley-Davidson Reveals Project Livewire

Yesterday we published a scoop on what we believed to be a production electric motorcycle by, of all companies, Harley-Davidson, dubbed “Livewire.” Today, H-D officially announced Project LiveWire as the company’s first electric motorcycle.However, it appears as though our speculation about LiveWire going into production was a bit off base. Instead, The Motor Company is continuing with its customer-led product development approach and letting riders decide whether or not LiveWire sees the light of day. Starting next week select consumers across the country will be able to ride and provide feedback on the bike, helping to shape the future of Harley-Davidson’s first-ever electric motorcycle. While not for sale, Project LiveWire is specifically designed for the purpose of getting insight into rider expectations of an electric Harley-Davidson motorcycle.

Harley-Davidson Racers Visiting Troops In Middle East

A large number of military personnel are also motorcyclists, with many dreaming of the day they can hop back on their steeds after deployment. Harley-Davidson understands this, and in cooperation with Army Special Forces Association Chapter 64, Harley-Davidson Screamin’ Eagle/Vance & Hines riders Eddie Krawiec and Andrew Hines are joining Summit Racing Equipment and Armed Forces Entertainment November 18-22 for Operation Appreciation, an annual visit to American troops stationed overseas. After three years of visiting American military personnel based in Europe, Operation Appreciation will travel to the Middle East to visit troops in Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, and Bahrain.

UFC Set To Rumble For H-D’s 110th Anniversary

The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) octagon is set to ride into Milwaukee for Harley-Davidson’s 110th Anniversary celebration, giving fans an opportunity to witness one of the hardest-hitting live MMA fights of the year – the UFC 164 Harley-Davidson Hometown Throwdown. UFC stars including Cain Velasquez, Mike Chiesa and Matt Hughes will be at the BMO Harris Bradley Center in downtown Milwaukee on August 31 for the action-packed card, which will feature more than 10 hard-hitting bouts. “UFC and Harley-Davidson fans will experience the passion of the world’s best fighters when they duke it out in the Octagon in our backyard here in Milwaukee during our 110th Anniversary,” said Mark-Hans Richer, Chief Marketing Officer at Harley-Davidson.
