Our salespeople enjoy finding customers the right bike. We offer the World’s Largest Selection of new and used Harley-Davidsons, plus we keep over a hundred foreign trade-ins in stock as well. This means we can very often find customers exactly the bike they are looking for in the right price range. We have sold over 37,000 motorcycles in the last twenty years and enjoyed every minute of it. In the twenty years before that, the exact number is a little hazy. Those were the years with cookouts on weekends, kegs of beer left next to the grill with stacks of cups. We’re pretty sure we enjoyed those years as well but no one here remembers how many bikes we sold. They are not bureaucratic and honor the spirit and letter of their claims. We’ve had great experiences with them and recommend them without hesitation. We will pay up to $200 of your air fare for you to fly into our store to do your paperwork and ride your bike back. We can also arrange shipping. This couple, aboard what sounds like a Harley-Davidson (that potato-potato exhaust note is unmistakeable), were riding along in Missoula, Montana when this elk decided he wanted to take the road for himself. As traffic slowed and eventually passed, the elk took a growing interest in the couple on the motorcycle, approaching them.
Harley-Davidson Reports Q2 2013 Results
Thu, 25 Jul 2013Harley-Davidson reported a net profit of $271.7 million for the second quarter ended June 30, 2013, up from the profit of $247.3 million reported in the same period in 2012. For the first half of 2013, Harley-Davidson has recorded $495.9 million in profit, compared to $419.3 million reported in the opening six months last year. “Harley-Davidson again drove strong financial performance in the second quarter, reflecting the many improvements in operations we have made throughout the Company over the past few years as well as our brand strength globally,” says Keith Wandell, chairman, president and chief executive officer of Harley-Davidson, Inc.
