2009 Harley-Davidson Dyna , Beautiful Dyna FXDLR low-rider. This bike has a 6-speed transmission with electronic fuel injection. Staggered shorty duel chrome exhaust. 10 spoke cast aluminium wheels. Black powder-coat engine. Lots of after-market Willie G. Chrome. Removable Windshield. Adjustable Lowering Shocks. Mid controls with highway pegs. Excellent for the shorter legged rider (I am 5 ft 1). Recently serviced - all fluids changed. Battery has pig tail for trickle charger and jumps (included). Has already had 10k mile service done. AMA Road Racing From Laguna Seca Will Not Be Televised Or Online
Tue, 08 Jul 2014AMA Pro Racing has confirmed that round four of the AMA Pro Road Racing series from the FIM Superbike World Championship, Geico Motorcycle U.S. Round at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca will not be available for live broadcast on FansChoice.tv or post-race viewing. AMA Pro Racing engaged in good faith negotiations with the event’s rights holder (Dorna -TS), but, ultimately, was unable to reach an agreement in the best interest of all parties involved.
Harley-Davidson Dealers Top 2012 Pied Piper Prospect Satisfaction Index
Mon, 07 May 2012Harley-Davidson dealerships topped the rankings for the 2012 edition of the Pied Piper Prospect Satisfaction Index, an industry benchmarking study examining how well dealerships treat customers, and turning shoppers into buyers. The Pied Piper PSI rated different manufacturers’ dealerships in a number of categories to produce an overall score. The study was conducted between July 2011 and April 2012 with 1,653 anonymous “mystery shoppers” gathering information at different dealerships across the U.S.
US Motorcycle Thefts Down 6% in 2011
Tue, 09 Oct 2012Americans reported 46,667 motorcycle thefts in 2011, a 6% decrease from 49,791 stolen motorcycles in 2010, reports the National Insurance Crime Bureau. Despite the drop in reported thefts, the non-profit organization representing nearly 1100 property and casualty insurance companies says the theft rate still averages out to one motorcycle stolen every 11 minutes in the U.S. The numbers were published in the NICB’s 2011 ForeCAST Report which examined theft reports as well as recoveries.
