Harley-Davidson Dyna description

No Reserve, Local pick-Up Only from Yorkville IL unless you arrange shipping.

One of the most potent performance street machines to ever roll out of the Harley-Davidson Custom Vehicle Operations (CVO) workshop, the FXDSE Screamin' Eagle Dyna combines drag-strip styling cues backed up by the potent V-Twin muscle of the Twin Cam 110 cubic inch (1803 cc) engine and 6-speed Cruise Drive transmission.  This bike is absolutely gorgeous and one thrill to ride.

The color is Silver Rush and Midnight Black, with blue pin striping separating the colors. It also has blue LED’s mounted under the tank to light up all that chrome at night which really looks good. This bike also is equipped with a factory alarm system.

It currently only has 3650 miles, always garage kept and covered, and I have never ridden it in the rain since I have owned it.  It is filled with HD Synthetic oil in all compartments, and has a digital oil temp / level gauge built in to the dipstick.  I installed the Vance and Hines Q-Series double barrel exhaust along with a Power Commander 4 tuner.  It has a detachable back rest, and a Sundowner seat currently. I have all the original exhaust system parts, mirrors (I installed mirrors from an 08’ FXDSE2), and rear turn signal shafts. The battery was replaced a couple years ago.  You won't be disappointed with this one, and if your into turning heads, this is the bike for you.  I can provide many more pictures if needed, just send me a note and I'll get them coming.

The seat in the first two pictures is not the current Sundowner seat that is on it now. The seat pictured is a new Harley seat (can't remember it's name) with only 150 miles on it and can go with the bike as well if requested.  I also have the service and parts manuals for the bike, and a cover.

There are no scratches anywhere, the only blemish I know of is on the left side handlebar (picture attached). It looks like the previous owner may of had tape around it, or some sort of holder that clamped to the bar and it left a blemish in the chrome. I also updated the listing to reflect the exact mileage it has today.

Motorcycle Buying Tips For Women

Fri, 17 May 2013

Over the past few years, especially since the height of the economic crisis, more and more women have turned to motorcycling both as a way to save on fuel costs, but also to experience the joys of the open road. In an article recently published by Consumer Reports, some tips are provided for women looking to enter the sport for the first time. The first bit of advice is to “Sit on a lot of different bikes first,” says Angela Annamalai of Shelby’s Powersports in Bronx, New York.

Harley Unveils Street Line in X Games Ice Racing Exhibition – Video

Thu, 23 Jan 2014

No, you didn’t read that headline wrong. Harley-Davidson will reveal its Street line of motorcycles to the US market at the X Games today with an ice racing exhibition. While exciting, the winter X Games have clearly been lacking one thing – motorcycles – and the Motor Company has joined with ESPN to bring ice racing to mainstream audiences. What could be a better way to introduce the Street 750 to a young, adventure sports-focused market to the Harley line designed by and for them?
