Harley-Davidson 1999 FXDWG Dyna Wide Glide with 9975 original miles offered for sale by the original owner. This bike has been garage kept and meticulously maintained and is in like new condition (see photos). It has a carb, not the Magneti Marelli throttle system. The bike has an impressive list of features including chrome front end, custom front light bar, chrome cases, Python 3 pipes with heat shields, custom air cleaner, spoke wheels, chrome master cylinder cover, chrome battery cover, chrome engine lifter covers, other chrome details too many to list (see photos). Also includes leather bags with liners, new tires and battery (1 year old), adjustable low rear shocks, fully serviced. I have the original 1999 dealer brochure and owner's manual, warranty card and sales receipt. Purchase price was $18,862.70. All REASONABLE offers will be considered. Thu, 02 Feb 2023Del Mar delays, Project Fuel and the X350RA Harley-Davidson presented its fourth quarter 2022 financial results, and the results were generally strong, but not without a few hiccups. The quarter was strong, compared to the previous year, with revenues ($1.14 billion vs $1.02 billion), operating income (profit of $4 million vs loss of $7 million) diluted earnings per share ($0.28 versus $0.14) showing increases in 2022. For the year, Harley-Davidson reported revenues of $5.76 billion compared to $5.34 billion in 2021, and an operating income of $909 million compared to $823 million in the previous year.
Harley-Davidson Adds Twin Cam 96 and 103 Engines to Factory Remanufacturing Program
Tue, 17 Jan 2012Harley-Davidson has added the Twin Cam 96, Twin Cam 103 and 2003-2006 CVO Twin Cam 103 engines to its engine remanufacturing program. The program, which previously accepted 1984 and newer Evolution 1340, Twin Cam 88, Twin Cam 88B and Twin Cam 95 powerplants, takes used engines, rebuilds and repaints them. Customers can take their existing Harley-Davidson motorcycle to a dealer which will remove the engine and send it back to the factory.
