IT IS TWO TONE BLACK WITH SILVER GHOST FLAMES IN COLOR AND POWERED BY A 1340CC (80') H-D CARBURETED V-TWIN ENGINE AND 5-SPEED TRANSMISSION. THE BIKE DOES COME WITH A H-D TOURING SEAT, FORWARD CONTROLS, SLIP-ON EXHAUST PIPES, UPGRADED S&S SUPER 'E' CARBURETOR AND 1 KEY. THERE IS A PATCHED UP TEAR ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE SEAT, SOME SCRATCHES TOUCHED UP ON THE FENDERS AND A SMALL DING ON THE REAR FENDER. Harley-Davidson Recalls 250,000 Motorcycles for Rear Brake Light Switches
Mon, 24 Oct 2011Harley-Davidson is issuing a recall for 250,757 units from its Touring, CVO Touring and Trike line from model years 2009 – 2012. The rear brake light switch on the models in question may become degraded due to the heat from the exhaust systems. This may affect brake light function and may result in a brake fluid leak.
AMA Pro Racing Announces Preliminary 2013 Road Racing Schedule
Fri, 09 Nov 2012AMA Pro Racing released a preliminary calendar for its 2013 Road Racing season. The tentative schedule contains nine confirmed rounds with another two to be confirmed. Next season will again see four classes of racing: AMA Pro National Guard Superbike, AMA Pro GoPro Daytona Sportbike, AMA Pro Motorcycle-Superstore.com SuperSport, and the AMA Pro Vance & Hines Harley-Davidson series which returns under its new name.
Small-Displacement Class Considered for 2015 AMA Pro Racing Season
Wed, 04 Dec 2013More and more manufacturers are entering the small-displacement sportbike market and AMA Pro Racing has taken notice, opening the possibility of adding a new racing class representing the growing segment. With plans to consolidate the Daytona Sportbike and Supersport classes and the Vance & Hines Harley-Davidson series signed through 2015, a spot will open up on race weekends for another racing class to support the premier Superbike Championship. The logical choice is to introduce a new small-displacement class.
