Titled as a 1957 Harley using it's original VIN......... It is NOT a "special construction." Stock 74 inch 1957 engine with matching belly numbers. 1957 Harley straight leg frame with 38 degree rake. Vintage Avon tires; 16" rear and 19" front Speedmaster on a Dunlop rim. Lucas tail light, Anderson foot pegs, chromed 1970s Bendix carb. Bike has been taken down to bare cases and completely overhauled............... I have receipts for all. Currently has California non op'd license (no back fees). In the week since Harley-Davidson announced Project LiveWire, the Motor Company has posted several open positions on its online job board calling for applicants with a background in electric vehicles and electromechanical engineering. Harley-Davidson Suspends All Vehicle Production for Two Weeks
Thu, 19 May 2022Harley-Davidson announced it is pausing assembly and shipments of all motorcycles for a two-week period due to a problem with a component from a third-party supplier. Production halted as of May 18, the day after Harley-Davidson was notified about the problem by the supplier. The official statement was brief, and offered very little in the way of detail.
