This bike was purchased in 2011. I had Mile High Harley Davidson perform the dealer 10K service (this is how little this bike has been rode on!). This is a one-of-kind, loud bike! The Blackhawk 240 is assembled using over 90 % Harley-Davidson parts and accessories. The Blackhawk 240 has the Screamin' Eagle 103B engine with an extended rake of 38-degrees, a sleek stretched tank and billet custom wheels but it's also pounding the pavement with a massive 240 mm rear tire (also replaced for wear in 2011 at Sun Harley Davidson). Get on or go home! I am the second owner and I have the title. Rear seat ($650.00) and cover included. The bike is like new with a nick/blemish on the front fender (see photo).

Fri, 26 Jun 2009Michael Jackson was not known for riding motorcycles, he did own a 2001 Harley-Davidson that was on the action block earlier this year that was listed for $6,000 – $8,000, I never heard if it was sold or not. We all have our different opinions about the mega pop star but we can all agree that he was larger than life and truly a boy in a mans body, case in point, take a look at the “Speed Demon” video that features Jackson on a bicycle, motorcycle and scooter, sort of… The “Speed Demon” video is available after the jump. Built For Speed Art Exhibit To Be Displayed At Sturgis Buffalo Chip
Wed, 23 Jul 2014“Built for Speed – Race Inspired Motorcycles and Art” is the title of Michael Lichter’s 14th annual “Motorcycles as Art” exhibition in Sturgis this August, which for the second year in a row, will be jointly curated by Michael and Paul d’Orleans of the Vintagent. ‘Built for Speed’ is sure to impress visitors with a beautiful and thought-provoking display of motorcycles and related art, the race-inspired theme making connections between motorcycle racing and custom bike designs inspired by racers. Each custom bike in ‘Built for Speed’ reflects a branch of racing; Speedway, Flat Track, Drag Racing, Board Track, Grand Prix, Land Speed Record, and will be displayed beside the racing machines suggesting the origins of each style.
