TRUE BARN FIND TIME CAPSULE Harley 1948 F Panhead Motor 48F MATCHING CASES...... Was told only 334 of the F motors made in 1948. Rare Find Transmission Date code G 6 (July 1946) Frame is 48 original, has all markings- can send pictures if needed Top end was switched over to Shovelhead as many people did in the 70's. Bike has been untouched for over 25 years. I purchased bike from local auction. I dont know much about bike but I will do my best to get you whatever info i can. Being Sold AS-IS. 2014 Harley-Davidson Sportsters Receive ABS and Keyless Security Options
Mon, 19 Aug 2013Harley-Davidson revealed a five-model Sportster lineup for 2014 with some minor updates including new options for ABS and the H-D Smart Security System. The 2014 Sportster line consists of the 883cc SuperLow and Iron 883 and the 1200cc Forty-Eight, Seventy-Two and 1200 Custom. All five models received new brakes, with larger 300mm front rotors replacing the old 292mm discs.
