Completely stock unmolested original bike! Always stored in climate controlled area. Starts, runs and rides; everything works perfectly... Clear Louisiana title. This bike has Never been dropped. Purchased from a collector in South Carolina in 2010 and has been in storage since then. The ultra-low mileage is very obvious when you look at the bike in detail or ride it. Every piece of rubber, every fastener, every decal every plastic item, painted steel or aluminum part shows absolutely no wear at all! Open Letter from Ducati CEO About Italian Earthquakes
Tue, 12 Jun 2012Ducati Chief Executive Officer Gabriele Del Torchio has released an open letter addressing the recent earthquakes in Italy, and how they have affected the company. The Emilia region in northern Italy was hit by a 6.0-magnitude earthquake on May 20 and has continued to suffer from aftershocks including a second earthquake on May 29 that briefly halted production at Ducati‘s Bologna factory. In the letter, del Torchio writes about those who have lost their homes in the disasters and expresses thanks for fundraising efforts to help those in need.
Carlos Checa Tests Superbike-Spec 2013 Ducati 1199 Panigale at World Ducati Week
Thu, 21 Jun 2012Revellers at 2012 World Ducati Week got a surprise treat with defending World Superbike Champion Carlos Checa completing an unscheduled test of the WSBK-spec Ducati 1199 Panigale. The Althea Ducati racer has ridden the production version of the Panigale but this marked his first test of the WSBK-spec version. His maiden ride of the WSBK Panigale was supposed to take place at Mugello but instead Checa and Ducati decided to give the Ducatisti a treat at the Misano circuit for WDW.

Mon, 30 Jul 2012Last month, we wrote about the Diavel Drag Race at World Ducati Week 2012 starring Ducati’s current MotoGP and World Superbike racers and the one and only Troy Bayliss. If you missed it, the retired three-time WSBK Champion Bayliss defeated nine-time Grand Prix Champion Valentino Rossi in the drag race competition on Ducati Diavel Carbons. Our initial post featured a video of highlights from the drag race competition shot by Italian website Motociclismo.it but it was filmed by a single camera from an awkward vantage point.
