Ducati : Superbike 2009 Ducati 1198 Only 2,982 Miles on 2040-motos
Ducati Superbike description
2009 Ducati Supe rbike 1198, 1 owner, Only 2,982mis This Superbike is a great example of Italian engineering. The engine is a high performance 1198cc 90' Twin V putting out 170hp @ 9,750 rev and 97 lbs of torque @ 8,000 rev. The transmission is a 6 gear mated with a dry clutch. With a dry weight of 277 pounds the bike will do 0-60 in 2.5 seconds and a top speed of 186 mph (electronically limited). This bike is very fast and comfortable to ride. The Super bike was owned by a middle aged adult male with a passion for Italian speed machines. This is 1 of two bikes I was fortunate enough to aquire. As with all his toys it has been maticulously maintained at a local dealership and it shows. It has a recent battery, back seat and helmet. The bike looks like new and runs like new, never abused. Please feel free to email us with any questions you may have. We will assist with transport. Willing to store the bike for a time but not all winter. Cerified funds only, 20% deposit due within 48 hours of sale completion.

2010 NCR Millona 16
Wed, 02 Jun 2010Take one Ducati Desmosedici 200+hp engine and put it into a super lightweight NCR chassis and you’ll quite possibly have the world’s fastest and most powerful motorcycle. At 145kg dry weight it’s lighter (even) than a MotoGP bike… The 989cc V4 produces a staggering 200hp @13.800rpm and 116Nm @10.500rpm. We’re going to have a chat with Michele Poggipolini of NCR about this bike, but we strongly suspect it’s a one off special.
Ducati Multistrada 1260 will fly up the mountain
Mon, 07 May 2018The Italian crossover will take part in the legendary Pikes Peak race and try to improve KTM's result. Last year, Chris Fillmore and the wicked KTM 1290 Super Duke R set a record in the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb, completing a 19.99 km course with 156 turns in 9 minutes 49.625 seconds. But back in 2012, the Ducati Multistrada went out of 10 minutes and became the two-wheeled route record holder.
