This Bike is 100% perfect. The bike only has 369 miles on it. There is not a scratch or scuff on it. I bought it in June 2015 as a left over. The only thing done to bike is fender elininator. I have stock part. Also have tool kit, 2 keys and cover for the bike. It still has a year left on factory warranty. Reason for selling is unable to use anymore after snowmobile accident I had this winter. I do have the bike financed through VW. They can send title in 24 hours once balance is paid off. Dramatic start to the 848 Challenge season

The 2012 Ducati 848 Challenge got off to a dramatic start at Brands Hatch this weekend as the weather played a disruptive influence on the outcome of both races. Cold, rainy conditions prevailed on both Easter Sunday and Monday forcing the field of 33 riders to kick-off the season racing on wet tyres in greasy track conditions. With a number of riders having to start from pit lane, Race 1 got off to an eventful start with two riders falling at Paddock Hill as all the riders jostled for places and wheels touched.

After four years away, former racer turned team manager, Davide Tardozzi, is back with the Ducati brand. This time he will be in charge of the organization and logistics of the Italian squad in the MotoGP World Championship. The former Bimota racer had a very successful career as Ducati team manager in Superbike, collaborating with champions of the caliber of Fogarty, Bayliss, Corser, Toseland and Hodgson, and contributing to the conquest of seven rider’s titles in the production-based racing series.

Ducati Fills Top Positions At Pikes Peak International Hill Climb

Ducati riders achieved the Middleweight Division victory and four of the five top motorcycle times of the day at the 92nd running of the historic Pikes Peak International Hill Climb, held last Sunday, June 29. This year’s introduction of new rules and new motorcycle racing divisions, including the “Motorcycle Middleweight Division” and “Motorcycle Open Division,” brought with it a field of strong competitors challenging for top times. The introduction of the “Motorcycle Open Division” – which allowed fully faired liter bikes to compete in the same class as the defending champion Multistrada 1200 – made it the most competitive motorcycle class and the one in which the top five times of the day were posted.
