Ducati Superbike description

UPDATE: I am listing this at the NADA suggested clean retail now. No offers ever made. Thank you!

Hi and thanks for viewing my auction for one (1):

2013 Ducati Streetfighter 848 Motorcycle with 3493 Miles

This bike was purchased brand new from D&D Cycles of Pensacola, FL.  All service records are also maintained through this facility. The bike is due for it's second service.

I do not ride the bike as much as I anticipated, and I would rather see it go to a good home and get used.

The bike has always been 100% garage maintained. There are no dents, scratches, or blemishes of any kinds. The only detail that needs to be brought up is from the paint separation on the brake cylinder near the clutch, where the fluid leaks through onto the black paint cover (visible in picture with mileage), a common issue with the cylinders.

The bike has never been dropped nor raced. 99% of the miles have been from work and back.

There is an aftermarket Sargent seat that will come with the bike. I will include the stock seat for sale purposes, but trust me, you will not ever want to use it. It is very uncomfortable.

There is an aftermarket battery tender lead that was installed at the purchase time by D&D Cycles of Pensacola, FL (located under passenger seat).

The bike will include RIZOMA Black Anodized Aluminum driver foot pegs, that offer a significant grip increase to the drivers feet. The originals are included if you desire to change back (would not recommend).

I have the CLEAN title in hand, the bike is paid for. There is no lien. The bike is also for sale locally, so I reserve the right to end the auction early. Please feel free to make reasonable offers, but please keep in mind I am in no rush to sell, so please no low balls.

There is no extended warranty with the bike. I offer and express no extended warranties or services with the sale of this vehicle. The bike is sold as-is. If you have any questions, they must be asked and answered before ownership is taken.

There will be a 500$ USD deposit required within 24 hours upon end of auction, by PAYPAL only.
Full payment must be obtained within 7 days of auction end, and cashiers check or wire transfer only. I will not accept paypal for final payment.

UPDATE TO DELIVERY: If the price matches and/or exceeds 9,000$, I will front up to 200$ to help with delivery costs of this vehicle.
Otherwise:
Delivery of the bike will be made at the buyers expense. I will work with what I can, up to reason. If I need to meet or deliver to a transport company, I will help, but also at the buyers expense.

Thanks for bidding!

This is one trashed 1199 Panigale

Tue, 24 Apr 2012

This is what a destroyed Ducati 1199 Panigale looks like, after South African superbike racer Chris Leeson lost the front end at turn one of the Kyalami circuit. Although the same can't be said for the new and now mangled Ducati superbike, Leeson escaped the crash with minor bruising. Crash sequence below.
