2012 Ducati Superbike 1199 PANIGALE in EXCELLENT condition. Second owner, 2280 miles only! VERY LOW MILEAGE Almost stock with a few tasteful upgrades - Carbon fiber in all right the right places. I purchased the bike in July of 2014 and at the time it had only 300 miles. It has only been ridden for pleasure and never on a track or raced. This bike will be greatly missed and the only reason I am selling is to finance another Tesla. Adult-owned, ridden and maintained. Needs nothing, but a new home. This bike has always been stored in a climate-controlled garage, has never been dropped. Rare opportunity to own a special bike for a really low price. The price is firm and low only to sell quick. All maintenance records have been maintained through Ducati Vermont and the bike recently traveled in an enclosed trailer to North Carolina where I have only ridden it on three occasions. Wed, 02 Jun 2010Take one Ducati Desmosedici 200+hp engine and put it into a super lightweight NCR chassis and you’ll quite possibly have the world’s fastest and most powerful motorcycle. At 145kg dry weight it’s lighter (even) than a MotoGP bike… The 989cc V4 produces a staggering 200hp @13.800rpm and 116Nm @10.500rpm. We’re going to have a chat with Michele Poggipolini of NCR about this bike, but we strongly suspect it’s a one off special.

Results From Day 2 Of World Superbike Testing At Phillip Island
Tue, 18 Feb 2014World Superbike testing at Phillip Island came to a close today, and when the dust settled, reigning champion Tom Sykes stamped his authority, setting the fastest time of the test at 1:30.239, just five thousandths shy of the outright lap record held by Carlos Checa. The time was set during the morning session of testing, though nobody was able to best Sykes for the remainder of the day. Eugene Laverty, who was fastest on day one, showed his pace was no fluke as he stayed near the top of the time sheets, ultimately finishing second behind Sykes, with a best time of 1:30.513.
