Sun, 05 Jun 2016The Ducati lovers all over the world now have a great opportunity to pass their passion for their favorite technology to their offspring: in the nearest future, four children's electric bikes will appear in authorized Ducati centers at once. The maximum speed of electric bikes reaches 7.6kmh, they are intended for children aged two or three years and above, the cost of the high-end Desmosedici GP 12V toy, with the Andrea Dovizioso's grand prix car design, is 402 Euros.
2014 WSBK – Assen Results
Mon, 28 Apr 2014Heavy rains and a fortuitous red flag were the difference in the World Superbike Championship‘s visit to The Cathedral of motorcycle racing, the TT Circuit Assen in the Netherlands. Aprilia‘s Sylvain Guintoli captured his second win of the season in Race 1, which was halted early by a red flag with five laps to go just as it looked like reigning WSBK champion Tom Sykes was gearing up for a final challenge. The second race was also shortened, not by a red flag but because of a rain, turning the 21-lap race into a 10-lap sprint.
Many hands make light work...
Wed, 27 Apr 2011This was the sorry looking JHP Ducati after Darren Fry crashed it in qualifying on Sunday before the first race of the championship. Fry broke his coccyx in the crash but, fortunately for Fry, it took around 10 people just over 3 hours to get the bike ready to race, as can be seen in the picture below. Hats off to Darren Fry for racing the bike over the rest of the weekend.
