Ducati Superbike description

This is a 2009 Ducati 848 evo with only 3281 miles (may go up as it is occasionally ridden). The only add ons is has are a Ducati carbon fiber tank pad, a dark smoked windshield and a Danmoto carbon fiber slip on exhaust. It has never been down ever, that means not dropped, wrecked or anything. It has never been on the track or ridden hard, you can probably tell that by looking at the tires. This bike is in excellent shape with no issues at all and no cosmetic imperfections known. As you would expect on a bike with this low miles it runs great, shifts smooth through all gears and stops on a dime. Tires are still in good condition. It comes with the factory clear windshield, factory exhaust, manual and Ducati ID card. Clear TX title in hand. For the second year running, three-time World Superbike champion, Troy Bayliss’, self-titled slick track motorcycle race was full of action. However, unlike last year, Bayliss took home the crown in front of a capacity crowd of over 6000 people at the Taree Motorcycle Club. Bayliss didn’t win the title easily, as American, and 2009 AMA Grand National champion, Sammy Halbert, set the fastest time during Superpole and challenged the Australian for the first half of the 21-lap race.

Audi and Ducati Announce “Come Together” Contest at Pikes Peak International Hill Climb

Ducati and its new owner Audi announced a new contest ahead of the 2012 Pikes Peak International Hill Climb. The two brands used the rescheduled competition as one of their first collaborative promotional opportunities since Audi acquired Ducati earlier this year. The 90th running of the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb also provided the opportunity to present two models, the 2013 version of the Ducati Multistrada 1200S Pikes Peak Edition and the Audi RS 5.
