Ducati Superbike tech info
Ducati Superbike description
Ducati Superbike 1098 R
Number #183/450 Built in limited numbers so the Italian firm could race it in WSB Only 943 Original Miles Perfect Condition 2 Keys & Card I am the second owner purchased it from Motocorsa in 2014 with only 853 miles. Since, then .. i have replaced the timing belts, battery replacement, fluids completion, oil and filter replacement and any factory recalls. The service completed at Coleman's Powersport in Falls Church by a Ducati Master Technician I have spent money on servicing, tax and shipping. So, in essence I will lose a few thousand. I have ridden the bike and it truly is the best Superbike I have owned. I have owned many as a collector and this is the best bike ever! This bike is worth it! Any other questions, let me know. |

Mon, 18 Nov 2013Silverman Museum Racing will add a number of rare and historic Ducati motorcycles to the upcoming Bonhams motorcycle auction at Bally’s Hotel and Casino, January 9, 2014. This is in addition to the impressive collection of Harley-Davidsons from the Pierce collection headlining the auction. Comprised of Italian thoroughbreds, the Silverman collection is one of the most renowned in the world and is based largely around competition models. For instance, featured is a 1973 750SS Imola Short Stroke.
Visordown art curation
Wed, 05 Jan 2011I'm finding it difficult to appreciate art at the moment, especially with all the modern art nonsense. I guess I just don't understand it, but these pieces look worthy of Tate Bike (that is if it existed). They're from young female artist, Guenevere Schwien, who grew to love motorcycles at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco.
Results From Day 2 Of World Superbike Testing At Phillip Island
Tue, 18 Feb 2014World Superbike testing at Phillip Island came to a close today, and when the dust settled, reigning champion Tom Sykes stamped his authority, setting the fastest time of the test at 1:30.239, just five thousandths shy of the outright lap record held by Carlos Checa. The time was set during the morning session of testing, though nobody was able to best Sykes for the remainder of the day. Eugene Laverty, who was fastest on day one, showed his pace was no fluke as he stayed near the top of the time sheets, ultimately finishing second behind Sykes, with a best time of 1:30.513.
