Excellent condition inside and out. There are less than 6,800 miles on her. Scheduled maintenance performed at AMS Ducati Dallas and Ducati Austin. Very rare in factory yellow and quite stunning. An emphatic and confident double win for James Folkard (Minards Pavlou Solicitors/Win43.com) this weekend cemented his position as one of the front-runners in the Ducati 848 Challenge. After some strong results at Snetterton and Misano, a first win for the man from Liverpool seemed inevitable, and this weekend at the Ducati Manchester sponsored Oulton Park round he walked away with a maximum points haul. Robbie Brown (Ducati Manchester) could only manage a third and a second despite feeling good about his chances for a victory, but he won’t be getting too worried yet as he extended his lead over closest rival Darren Fry (Hirebase Ducati Coventry) to 62.5 points.

Ducati North America announced today that avid motorcyclist, Sex Pistols guitarist, and host of LA radio’s beloved “Jonesey’s Jukebox” Steve Jones, has taken delivery of a new customized Hypermotard S at Ducati headquarters. Known for his genre defining music and straight talk, Jones recently expanded his bike collection to include the rambunctious Ducati Hypermotard S due to its aggressive styling and exceptional fun factor. Steve had been eying the model since first riding one at Ducati North America headquarters earlier this Spring.

EICMA Show Visitors Vote Ducati 1199 Panigale ‘Most Beautiful Bike’

According to a post on CycleNews.com visitors to EICMA 2011 voted Ducati’s new Panigale superbike the “Most Beautiful Bike of Show” in a vote organized by the Italian bike magazine, Motociclismo. The new Duc collected 53% of the votes from nearly 14,000 participants. The MV Augusta F3 Serie Oro collected 15% of the vote for second place, with 3% of the vote going to Husqvarna’s Nuda 900R for third.
