You are looking at the cleanest 2006 Black Ducati 749S that is for sale.
The bike has just over 1,000 miles. When you inspect the bike you will see that throughout it looks like it is still brand new on the showroom floor. I bought the bike with ~800 miles and only put about 250 miles on it. I changed the belts, changed the oil and fluids, and put on new tires. The bike is ready to rock. Minor tasteful mods include EVR clutch plate and springs Pazzo levers Custom LED taillight/tail tidy kit The bike rides like a dream, no issues at all. Audi Finalizes Purchase of Ducati, Annoints Board of Directors
Thu, 19 Jul 2012Ducati is now officially property of Audi AG, with the German automaker finalizing its acquisition of the Italian motorcycle brand. The purchase was completed through Lamborghini S.p.A., another Audi property and part of the overall Volkswagen family. Rupert Stadler, chief executive officer of Audi AG, has been named president of Ducati‘s new board of directors.

Mon, 30 Jul 2012Last month, we wrote about the Diavel Drag Race at World Ducati Week 2012 starring Ducati’s current MotoGP and World Superbike racers and the one and only Troy Bayliss. If you missed it, the retired three-time WSBK Champion Bayliss defeated nine-time Grand Prix Champion Valentino Rossi in the drag race competition on Ducati Diavel Carbons. Our initial post featured a video of highlights from the drag race competition shot by Italian website Motociclismo.it but it was filmed by a single camera from an awkward vantage point.
Ducati 1199 Panigale Subjected to Five More Recalls
Thu, 23 Aug 2012Ducati has issued five recall campaigns for 1199 Panigale for a number of issues. These five new recalls follow an earlier recall in June for a “non-compliant” swingarm mounting screw. One of the new recalls, campaign ID #12V401000, is also related to the swingarm connection.
