Ducati Superbike description

NOW HERE IS SOMETHING SPECIAL.....

UP FOR AUCTION TODAY IS MY 2004 DUCATI 999S IN GOOD CONDITION. FOR THOSE UNFAMILIAR WITH THE 999S, IT'S UPGRADED WITH DUCATI PERFORMANCE EXTRAS AND MORE POWERFUL OUTPUT. DUBBED "SIMPLY THE BEST V-TWIN ON THE PLANET" THIS MOTORCYCLE WILL NOT DISAPPOINT. IT'S GOT IT ALL...POWER, HANDLING, RELIABILITY AND MOST IMPORTANTLY STYLE!!!

AS YOU CAN SEE IT'S COLORED IN A STUNNING RED WITH CARBON FIBER ACCENTS, TERMIGNONI EXHAUST SYSTEM, DUCATI PERFORMANCE TRANSMISSION (1 UP 5 DOWN), FRONT AND REAR OHLINS SUSPENSION, OHLINS STEERING DAMPER, BIPOSTO SEAT WITH PEGS, RACE SLIPPER DRY CLUTCH, MARCHESINI WHEELS AND MORE.

AS WITH ANY USED MOTORCYCLE SOME WEAR AND TEAR IS TO BE EXPECTED. THE PREVIOUS OWNER WENT OVER ONCE AND PRODUCED A FEW SCUFFS ON THE LEFT SIDE (SEE PICS) IT'S PURELY AESTHETIC, HOWEVER, I'D RATHER OVER DISCLOSE THAN UNDER.

THE BIKE FIRES RIGHT UP, RUNS STRONG AND HAS BEEN REGULARLY SERVICED BY DUCATI. ALWAYS GARAGED. NEVER STUNTED OR ABUSED JUST RIDDEN WITH CARE AND RESPONSIBILITY. I'M A GROWN MAN WHO TAKES PRIDE IN TAKING CARE OF HIS THINGS. IF YOU'VE NEVER EXPERIENCED V-TWIN POWER YOU'RE IN FOR A REAL TREAT! THIS BIKE IS SCARY FAST AND HANDLES SUPER TIGHT. NO DISAPPOINTMENTS!!!

FEEL FREE TO CONTACT ME WITH ANY QUESTIONS OR REASONABLE OFFERS.

Meet AMA Superbike Rider Geoff May At D-Store Chicago May 30th

Tue, 28 May 2013

This weekend, the AMA Pro Roadracing circus makes its way to Road America for round two of the series. Before festivities on track get started, however, here’s your chance to meet Dainese-sponsored rider Geoff May as the D-Store Chicago will be hosting a meet and greet on Thursday, May 30, starting at 4pm. The event will include raffle prizes, with proceeds benefitting W.I.N.G.S., an organization providing integrated services to families, in an effort to end domestic violence and homelessness.

2023 Ducati Streetfighter V4, V4 S, and V4 SP2 First Look

Thu, 20 Oct 2022

We're always fighting in the streets Did we really need the Ducati Streetfighter V4 to be even trickier and more refined than the one that won last year’s Open Nakeds Shootout with ease? The one that out-horsepowered even the mighty Kawasaki Z H2 – 177 rear-wheel horses to 163? Actually there was room for improvement, as the mighty V4 S finished third in the Track portion of that seven-bike slugfest.

A subspecies of the Ducati Scrambler

Tue, 02 Dec 2014

While the motorcycle world is eagerly waiting for the new 2015 Ducati Scrambler to go on sale, Japanese Speedtractor customizers are reinventing their scrambler from a Bolognese brand donor. The motorcycle is based on the 1988 Ducati 750 Sport. The previous owner bought it in the mid-1990s to ride on the track, but after the first Sunday race, he parked the bike in the garage for several years for some reason.
