Hi,
Up for sale is my 2002 Ducati 998. I DO HAVE THE ORIGINAL OEM FAIRINGS!! I put them away to protect them from getting chipped or any other damage. This bike has never been tracked or stunted (I don't know how to do either) and is in excellent condition. I have several Ducati motorcycles and ride this one once or twice a week, so mileage will go up slowly. This bike has.... Remus Titanium Half Pipes Ohlins Rear Suspension Everything else is pretty much stock Spare set of FILA fairings (side and front fairings pictured, others boxed up) The bike runs just as it should. Tires are in great shape, recently flushed and replaced the fluids, and new oil this season. No leaks or any other funny business, it runs just like a new one. Tue, 10 Jan 2012My long-term Fireblade went back to Honda last week and, seeing as it’s sunny and mild outside now, I’m already missing it. It is one of the best 1000cc sports bikes out there, I don’t care what anyone else says, the way it makes its power is just perfect for fast road use. With the Power Commander 5 fitted and the fuelling sorted my 2011 Blade performed as well if not better than the 2012 version.
Ducati Announces 2012 848evo Racing Contingency Program
Fri, 10 Feb 2012Ducati 848evo racers rejoice. Today the company announced racing contingency programs for select series throughout the country. FreedomRoad Financial has partnered with Ducati and is offering substantial cash payments to race winners. Eligible series include CCS, CMRA, CRA, USBA, MRA, OMRRA, WMRRA, AFM and WERA, with cash payments equaling $300 for third place, $600 for second, and $1200 for first, payable via cashier’s check. Ducati and FreedomRoad Financial will support and follow racers with PR activities, including regular updates on ducatiusa.com.
2012 FIM Road Racing Homologation List Released – Ducati 1199 Panigale Not Listed
Thu, 09 Feb 2012The International Motorcycling Federation has released a list of homologated motorcycles for the 2012 Superbike, Supersport, Superstock and Formula Endurance World Endurance championships. The list includes all the motorcycles that are allowed to compete in each of those world championships. Notable for its absence however is the new 2012 Ducati 1199 Panigale.
