Ducati Superbike description

'97 Ducati 748 with 12k miles. The engine has 2k miles on a big bore 85 kit. The 85 big bore is the engine Ducati should have built; it delivers more power while maintaining the rev-happy nature of the engine. Many additional parts including, LED tail lamps, custom license plate mount, HID 8k low beam, smoked windscreen, battery tender, new front brake caliper/pads, all new upgraded fuel system from the 848, carbon fiber intakes/undertail/mirrors/exhaust, upgraded sprockets. The combination of the sprocket setup and 85 low end, it accelerates hard through a wide powerband which makes it an excellent street bike. Paint is in near immaculate condition (one light scuff near headlamp). This is an extremely clean example of a 748, you will be hard pressed to find 1 in this condition with an 85 kit completed and broken in. Tires are in great shape, bike runs perfect. Ready to ride anywhere, needs nothing.

Meanwhile, taste may finally be catching up to the new Ducati 900SS Pierre Terblanche designed in 1998.
