1967 Ducati 250 Scrambler. Restored almost 20 yrs ago. Parked in my living area and only taken out a few times to show. Under 1k miles since resto/rebuild. Non original red paint on tank, fenders and headlamp bucket. This motorcycle has not run in about 12 yrs, it was properly stored while kept indoors. Fresh gas, oil and battery will have this beauty roaring to life again. Some spares include a stainless bolt kit for the entire bike, flat Ducati footpeg assembly, tank decals, rear sprocket, tune up kit, gasket set, handlebar clamps and a few other items. New dual sport tires with tubes on 18" rims. Sargent seat cover, Verlicchi bars, Magura controls, Surgical Handgrips, brand new unprepped battery, optional skidplate, sidestand and centerstand. Also included with bike is a rare high mount exhaust pipe (very loud). The last two images shows the bike with high pipe. Clean title, owners manual, parts book, service manual. Questions? Ducati Celebrates 1 Million Facebook Likes – Video
Mon, 28 May 2012Facebook has been getting a bad rap of late with its recent IPO but that didn’t stop Ducati from celebrating its millionth “Like” on the official Ducati Facebook page. The Italian manufacturer marked the occasion with a video thanking its fans. The video is almost a real-life demonstration of how Facebook operates, following a first-person perspective of a fan visiting Ducati‘s headquarters in Bologna, Italy, and raising a thumb to “like” things he sees such the rows of L-Twin-powered motorcycles in the parking lot, Corse racebikes on display at the Ducati Museum, factory workers assembling a Ducati 1199 Panigale.

Sat, 24 Jul 2010Took Rieju’s little sports 50 (£2499) to Whilton Mill kart track near Daventry the other day. Didn’t even need the ramp to load it in – such are the delights of 50cc bikes. Got my resident stunt monkey to test it out round the track but things were a bit hampered by a stubborn gear selection process.
