Ducati Other description
Up for auction is my 2016 Ducati Scrambler Classic. I initially ordered an Icon even though I wanted the Classic model all along. My deciding factor in ordering the Icon was the price point, but eventually I decided the spoked rims made the difference and changed the order to the Classic. I picked up the bike at Kissell Motorsports and after one ride I was knew I picked the right one.
Once I got the bike home I started looking for and exhaust and settled on the Zard Special Edition after having a Zard on a 999s. The fit and finish is unbelievable and the sound simply can't be explained.
I recently added a New Rage Cycles fender eliminator with LED signals and license plate light.
The bike was just serviced with Amsoil and a K&N filter and I added an Evotech engine guard.
The stock bars and mirrors were a bit too upright and the mirrors caused a slight whistle, so I added swapped in a set of Renthal bars and a CRG bar end mirror. The bar end on the throttle side is an Innovative Concepts.
I have this bike and a Hayabusa Turbo and I'm looking go downsize to one bike, so I'm looking for a newer Multistrada 1200, preferably an S model.
The bike is in fantastic shape and the only thing that needs done is the service indicator light needs reset at the dealer. I intended on having the ECU remapped at which time I was going to have the indicator reset, but I never got around to doing it.
The bike comes with the manuals and all stock parts....even the aluminum rear fender!
If you have a 2013 and up Multistrada and are looking for a Scrambler with some accessories to trade for, drop me a line.
I'll add a video later so you can hear the Zard bark.

Rossi's Mugello helmet: Let's Stick Together
Sat, 14 Jul 2012When I think of Mugello, I think of that huge start/finish straight, that Nakano crash and of course, Rossi's Mugello-only helmets. This year, the theme is 'let's stick together'. Just before Free Practice 3, Valentino Rossi unveiled his Mugello helmet, his message is: "Let's stick together" or "Restiamo uniti" in the style of the Italian entertainer Gianni Morandi.
