Ducati Other description

2013 DUCATI Diavel Dark, The Ducati Diavel defies convention. Is it a cruiser? Muscle Bike? Naked Bike? What we know is that it's an amazing motorcycle. 162HP and 94 lb-ft of torque from its 1198 Superbike derived motor. When combined with its unique chassis and long swing arm the Diavel is the hardest and fastest accelerating Ducati ever. The Styling is undeniably Ducati with the trellis frame, single sided swingarm and aggressive and sporty appearance. The matte black color scheme adds an even more agressive attitude to the Diavel. The Diavel comes equipped with innovative Ducati technology like traction control, ABS, three different riding modes, and a hands free ignition system. These electronics can all be adjusted to suit each rider s needs and preferences. The Diavel is the perfect balance of performance and style, great for the sport bike rider looking to move to something more comfortable or the street rider looking for a great combination of performance and style.

2014 WSBK – Laguna Seca Results

Mon, 14 Jul 2014

Marco Melandri rebounded from last week’s disappointing Portimao round to win Race One at Laguna Seca while Tom Sykes extended his championship lead with a win in a red-flagged Race Two. Melandri got taken out of the second Portimao race after his Aprilia teammate Sylvain Guintoli slid into his RSV4. Melandri looked eager to make up for that DNF, leading every lap of Race One on his way to his third win of the season.

Brown, Folkard and Fry wrap up 848 Challenge finale

Fri, 05 Oct 2012

The Ducati 848 Challenge 2012 season drew to a close at the home of British Motorsport this weekend as the riders took to the fantastic Silverstone GP circuit.   Going into the weekend only one out of the top three championship positions had been decided, as Robbie Brown (Ducati Manchester) was crowned champion at Donington Park two weeks ago. This left plenty to play for, as James Folkard (Minards Pavlou Solicitors), Mike Edwards (OHLINS @ P&H Motorcycles) and Darren Fry (Hirebase Ducati Coventry) were all in with a shot of taking the runner up spot.

Happy 50th Hizzy

Wed, 11 Jan 2012

On the 11th January 1962, Steve Hislop was born in Hawick, Scotland. Today would have been his 50th birthday, but he was tragically killed in a helicopter accident in 2003. Hizzy was a genius on a motorbike and when he was happy with everything around him, he was amongst the best in the world.
